More Fun at the Beach

On Wednesday and Thursday of our week with Dave and his family, we headed to Ocean City, MD to the beach!  Unfortunately, Jon had to stay at home to stay caught up on his work.  

This was Liam's very first time at the beach and he was excited!

He loved going in the water with his dad.

He would come up to Dave and say, "Come on Dad, come on!" Then, grab Dave's hand and pull him toward the water.  So fun!

Uncle Dave was a big hit with the kids.  They all look so serious here... I think they were trying to build a sand castle.

 After dinner, we ventured out to see the sunset on the bay side.

 Buddy...
There were a lot of people crabbing off this pier.  When we got to the end, a lady asked Buddy if he'd help bring her basket up.  Here he is reeling in the rope that the basket is attached to, but when the basket came up... there were no crabs.  So, he let the rope go to put the basket back into the water and the lady waited a little longer.  We left before the lady actually caught anything.

I'm so glad we took the time to go see it and that we were able to capture it with a few pictures!
